Inna Peshkova

Director of Operations

Inna Peshkova serves as Director of Operations at HCR Wealth Advisors, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operational infrastructure. She has led the development of standard operating procedures for critical functions and spearheaded technology adoption initiatives, including firm-wide AI training and workflow automation, to modernize HCR’s operations in support of the firm’s continued growth.

What sets Inna apart is her ability to see the business as a whole, connecting people, processes, and systems that might otherwise operate in silos, and reframing complex challenges into clear, solvable problems. She’s passionate about the role of AI in the modern workplace and driven by a vision of operations that isn’t just efficient, but elegant.

Prior to joining HCR, Inna spent nearly a decade consulting for wealth management firms. She earned a BA in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Colgate University and holds a California real estate license.

Outside of the office, Inna loves to travel and spend time at the ocean, whether that’s freediving, scuba diving, or just hanging out at the beach. She lives with her husband and their cat, Princess Cookie.
